About The Role
This is an incredibly exciting time to join CoverTree! Our team is tackling the specialty P&C insurance space and we're looking for a Customer Support/Success Specialist who is interested in shaping the future of manufactured home insurance for Middle America. In this role, you will be an advocate for the customer. You will execute our support processes and service customers after they’ve purchased a policy. Your feedback surrounding day-to-day operations will be valuable as we grow and improve the customer journey.
Note: this role requires occasional travel to our home office in Detroit
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist partner agents in resolving technical and business-related issues
- Follow up with inspection findings and initiate policy cancellations when necessary
- Assist customers with policy changes and sending of policy documents
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers in response to questions or issues that arise
- Provide customer feedback to leadership to improve the customer experience
- Encourage customers to provide feedback regarding their experience with our business
- Provide advanced technical and product information in response to customer questions and/or problems
- Assist customers with payments and contact customers who are in grace period
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication skills over phone, email and text message
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Property and Casualty license a plus, but not required
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Ability to work in a high-pace and changing environment
- Self-starter mentality with a drive to make an impact each day
- Ability to provide helpful feedback to internal teams
