Job Description

Our Customer Program Director may be the right fit for you! This position will report into our Sr. Account Director and will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) to P&G Sales for planning and execution of the Paris 2024 Customer Program (assets, transportation, security, and medical teams, etc.) and Customer Experience Center (CEC) which is the physical space P&G hosts customers to present their newest innovations.

GMR has a large, integrated team of veteran and subject matter experts to support across the P&G business portfolio, allowing us to meet the individual needs of each client team while ensuring consistency and continuity across all output. REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Event Operations. Leads operational planning in conjunction with Global Sales and the host country, inclusive of weekly calls, owning agendas and customer program support related follow ups.   • Travel. Ability to travel internationally for site visits and onsite event execution period in July/August 2024 during Olympics (Pre-Games + Games Times).
  • Guest Experience & Hospitality Expertise. Guest itinerary development and management including evolving sport event schedules, meals, transport movements, and any other directive from P&G host country lead. You will be specifically responsible for oversight of the development of itineraries for up to 75 customer groups (500 guests).
  • Leadership. Oversees and leads a team of up to three (3) direct reports leading up to the Games and temporary local staff during Games-time.
  • Client Relations. Work collaboratively with P&G and Design Agency to support customer experience center operations and manage critical timelines. Direct integration with P&G customer team leads is possible for answering of specific questions; role is not created as a conduit to customer team leads but rather as a support mechanism for host country program SPOC.
