As part of the Talent Acquisition Marketing Team, you will be part of a team of creative individuals working with the recruitment organization to attract and engage top talent to a Company known for creating magical experiences for people of all ages. Job Responsibilities:


As a Sr. Communication Specialist you will develop effective external and internal communications strategies, inclusive of dynamic multi-platform marketing campaigns and content, to share the Disney story with candidates around the globe. Your work will support business results in keeping with Disney’s employer brand, candidate experience and hiring goals across a variety of segments.


About You…


On any one day you might:


  • Partner with our creative team and content producers to guide overarching messaging and align editorial direction across channels.
  • Provide strategic communications leadership for assigned recruitment areas to determine and consistently optimize effective tactics to drive awareness of opportunities and activate high-quality talent to apply.
  • Serve as the primary consultant for clients’ communications needs. This could range from day-to-day advertising to large branding campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our team and consult with clients to plan and implement the future vision of our work through comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Create and execute detailed external and internal communications strategies as the key owner of the work throughout all phases, from ideation to implementation.
  • Develop communications materials highlighting our employees, culture, environment, work and opportunities to showcase the magic of working for Disney.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships locally and across the company to amplify messages and ensure alignment with groups such as internal comms, corporate comms, and public affairs.
  • Stay up to date on current trends to guide content development and reach candidates in the most engaging way across platforms.
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns and tactics to determine optimizations that amplify our employment brand and messaging. This includes sharing information with key stakeholders in a clear and concise way.

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, photography and/or videography.


Additional Qualifications:


It would be nice if you also are:


  • Knowledgeable of ATS/recruitment systems
  • Knowledgeable of recruitment marketing or recruitment advertising industry practices
  • Knowledgeable of recruitment lifecycle and key metrics
  • Experienced in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or English and/or 5+ years relevant experience in the communications or marketing field.


This is an estimated 1 year Project Hire position with no guarantee of permanent placement.

The hiring range for this remote position is $88,314.00 to $118,470.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
