Senior Business Analyst Jobs

Our client is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with experience as a within an Enterprise-level application development environment. This person will be ensuring quality standards and stakeholder needs are being met, coaching other Business Analysts to address standards and expectations that are not being met, reviewing and commenting on complex project deliverables such as project charters, quality management and risk assessment plans, workflow diagrams, and business rules, assisting with resource allocation and time management for team and other responsibilities as outlined below. Agile and childcare system experience a big plus.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:

Required:

• 5 years of experience in mentor Business Analysts to ensure processes for delivering project and production support work are clearly communicated and expectations defined.
• 8 years of experience in developing and presenting status updates
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise level software development environment
• 7 years of experience in facilitating meetings, requirements gathering sessions and delivering presentations
• 2 years of experience who can summarize key or abstract ideas so others can understand and make key decisions.
• 8 years of experience in working with developers to interpret and provide clarification on Use Cases as needed.
• 5 years of experience with functional and technical requirements gathering, analysis and documentation with a strong attention to detail.
• 5 years of excellent communication skills verbally and in writing used when leading BA’s, presenting to leadership and program/the business, and training BA’s.
• 5 years of experience with developing Use Case documentation and User Stories that lead to clearly defined and numbered project requirements

Preferred:

• 1 year working knowledge of the following DFPS systems/programs (including but not limited to): IMPACT, PACES, PEIRS, ABCS, NEICE, SSCC, Child Placement Portal, and Community Based Care.
• 3 years of experience as a participant in agile software development teams
