This is an in-person role based in our headquarters in Los Angeles; fully-stocked with snacks, beverages, cold brew, and all the good stuff.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Analysis: Outline and oversee all measurement strategies for clients in relation to tracking metrics and delivering results. Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance. Drive and coordinate post campaign reportings and assist in evaluating campaign performance to determine success and areas of growth.
- Campaign Launches: Understand and become an expert on Pearpop’s execution process and effectively launch campaigns
- Revenue Growth: Contribute towards pipeline growth by identifying upsell opportunities and leading client recommendations to secure incremental revenue
- Product Knowledge: Spearhead client education on products and product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cross collaborate with internal Sales/Business Development, Creator, Product, Legal, Project Management, and other relevant teams to ensure all aspects of each deal are addressed and managed properly
- Client Relationship Management: Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business and provide high-touch communication to clients; sharing updates on new products/services/offerings, leading regular client meetings/weekly check-ins, and proactively providing key recommendations leading to quarterly revenue growth
- Client Retention: Cultivate and grow strong relationships with key accounts of all sizes, acting as a consultant to foster long-term client retention and ensure clients see the value in Pearpop products/services
- Campaign Lead: Provide day to day support and strategic solutions for client needs through entire campaign lifecycle from pre, during, and post campaigns, inclusive of Paid Media
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven track record as an Account Manager or in a sales-related role, with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in the social and/or creator marketing industry
- Enthusiasm for and understanding of creators, brands, their culture and helping them succeed
- Analytical mindset, capable of using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts, driving revenue, and meeting or exceeding targets
- A self-starter who enjoys collaboration and is open to feedback, comfortable working independently as well as influencing cross-functional teams
- Active understanding of influencer landscape, and continuously educated on the latest industry trends and innovations within social media
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment, and a clear communicator
- Passionate, ambitious, resourceful, adaptable, and humble entrepreneurial spirit
- In depth knowledge of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset, easily adapting to quickly changing priorities
