Company Description
- Reside in or near: San Francisco Bay Area or Sacramento
- Territory boundaries: Northern CA and Reno
- Travel: 60-70%
- Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $115,000 annually (paid twice a month, 15th and last day)
- Uncapped Incentive Compensation potential is $70,000 at plan (paid Quarterly)
- Other incentive opportunities are also available.
- Monthly Auto Allowance of $600.00 (paid with regular payroll)
- Demonstrate the value of new/additional products and services to existing customers.
- Completing administrative responsibilities, including periodic business plans, weekly expense reports, up-to-date territory account profiles, and customer database. Manage day-to-day sales administration activities in a detailed and timely manner.
- Providing training, presentations, and demonstrations to the customer on the application and use of the company’s products using effective communication and sales techniques
- Supporting and helping to facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows in collaboration with internal partners within the territory.
- Identify, target, and close new, high-quality accounts.
- Optimize selling time and results by developing and following account plans.
- Educating and supporting customers with marketing, internal office branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing strategies, including in-office marketing events, website reviews, and promotions.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products
- Pre-planning sales calls and maintaining efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and customer service.
- Analyze practice readiness and customize activities to maximize utilization and profitable revenue.
- Responsible for performing effective territory penetration, coverage, and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for consumables.
- Execute staff onboarding and development training.
- Engage and drive accounts to grow existing business and generate new business opportunities and sales revenue growth.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
- Ongoing customer education regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of Cutera products and how they fulfill the customer’s needs.
- Maintain consistent communication with Regional Account Manager on matters related to the territory, including accurate forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to use word processing, database applications, and various software programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of accountability, reliability, and follow-up.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of employees.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management, and/or large groups. Ability to thoroughly understand and communicate the attributes and qualities of Company products using professional selling and closing skills.
- Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service and support to achieve practice integration of Cutera devices and consumables and ensure high customer/patient satisfaction.
- Ability to travel adequately to cover the region, including overnight stays, attend tradeshows, and corporate and training meetings; see the percentage of travel at the top of this document.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Positive attitude and passion for working within the aesthetic field.
- 3+ years of experience working in a field-based marketing or sales role with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, or the medical device industry.
