Exciting Opportunity - Join Our Growing Team as a Senior Account Manager!
We're on the lookout for a talented and dynamic Senior Account Manager to play a key role in our expanding team. As a part of our company, you'll be responsible for driving growth and managing our National Account customers with a focus on generating revenue and activating new locations with our incredible DIRECTV Entertainment solutions. Your Responsibilities
Take charge of managing, developing, and nurturing 30+ National Accounts throughout their entire lifecycle.
Engage with a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to small and medium-sized enterprises with 25+ locations.
Build strong and meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, Construction, and IT teams.
Meet exciting targets for New Location Activation and Revenue Growth, showcasing the true value of our DIRECTV solutions to clients.
Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and deliver exceptional service to meet customer needs.
Take the lead in Contract Management and Renewal, providing technical expertise and guidance for DIRECTV systems at client locations.
Drive successful implementation and project management for both new and existing projects.
Utilize your analytical skills to provide valuable reporting and analytics, leveraging multi-channel integration with various partners.
Embrace your role as an industry expert, understanding our clients' businesses inside out and becoming their go-to consultant for achieving success.
