Position: Ad Buyer

Responsibilities:

• Media Research and Planning: Conduct extensive research to identify the most suitable media channels to reach the target audience effectively.
• Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams to generate innovative ideas, develop compelling ad concepts, and craft persuasive copy.
• Campaign Planning and Strategy: Develop advertising campaigns and strategies.
• Budget Management: Manage the advertising budget.
• Sponsors: Attract skillful Sponsors
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiating and Buying Media: Negotiate with media outlets, such as TV stations, radio stations, publishers, and digital platforms.
• Performance monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness.

Qualifications, Education & Experience:

• Have an understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, media planning and advertising strategies.
• Possess connections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business.
• Experience in advertising and marketing.
