Job Description

Compensation Range : $90K - $115K/DOE

Introduction
HiTouch is full-service company with a network of local distribution centers in the United States. HiTouch provides a wide range of office productivity services in personalized and environmentally responsible ways. After joining the Staples family in 2018, HiTouch has helped us grow alternative distribution channels.
Position Summary
To create a dynamic network of 3rd party installation partners while managing our project furniture
installation schedules and transactional furniture deliveries
  • Provide timely and accurate quotations for project furniture installation activities
  • Manage and hold accountable our 3rd party service providers
  • Train incoming staff, manage assigned operations coordinators, and maintain a reliable and
effective 3rd party network within region of responsibility
  • Collaborate and communicate with all support teams within the HiTouch furniture division,
including designers, sellers, project managers, project coordinators, operations coordinators, and
order management specialists
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage pricing and quotes from 3rd party service providers in order to minimize costs where possible
  • Maintain strong relationships with our 3rd party partners and hold them accountable to our standards and expectations related to project furniture installations
  • Manage 3rd party service provider activities in accordance with project furniture orders and client timeline expectations
  • Manage assigned ops coordinators and their daily responsibilities to ensure timely SLA on operational quote requests
  • Create a dynamic network of dependable 3rd party installation and delivery companies that meet our standards of excellence
  • Manage required reporting flow of all paperwork expected from 3rd party partners.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
  • Management experience with up to 10 direct reports
  • General computer skills including Microsoft Office Suites
  • Above average math skills
  • Salesforce efficiency
