JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and execute on comprehensive partner account management plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with our strategic partners, including banks, payment processors, and other financial institutions.
Educate and enable partners to effectively sell and market our products and services to their clients, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, marketing, product) to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing support of our solutions by partners and their clients.
Track and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for expansion.
