As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, servicing, and cultivating a worldwide account base by extracting requirements, crafting opportunities, negotiating variables, developing relationships, and closing sales. With your outgoing and motivated attitude, you will make outbound calls (Cold calling) to prospects and develop new accounts while working jointly with the Sales team, other Sales Managers, and purchasing to ensure full customer service.

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales management position (on-Site)
• Manage a team of 3-15 Sales Reps
• Use discretion and proper discernment in negotiating with customers to close sales while maintaining appropriate business margins
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Ability to multitask
• Train new Sales Reps on all required job tasks
• Work jointly with the Sales team, other Sales Managers, and purchasing to ensure full customer service
• Experience with Zoho and Salesforce is a plus
• Make outbound calls to prospects and develop new accounts
• Learn and remain current on market conditions
• Outgoing, motivated with a great attitude
• Experience in sales in the electronic field is preferred
• Great managerial skills
• Consistently maintain and accurately update the information in the database
• Great communication skills
• Prior experience as a sales manager in wholesale distribution or manufacturing is preferred
• Present during onboarding trainings
• Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills
• Self-motivator
• Prospect, service, and cultivate a worldwide account base by extracting requirements, crafting opportunities, negotiating variables, developing relationships, and closing sales
• At least 4 years of sales experience in B2B, or 5+ years experience as a B2B Sales Manager (on-site)
• Passion for sales is a must
