Growth Marketing Manager Jobs

LHH is currently searching for a Growth Marketing Manager for our corporate client in the Downtown Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of digital marketing experience. This is an excellent opportunity to help an established brand grow their audience. This is a hybrid role, onsite three days per week at our client’s office.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert new leads
• Manage execution and development of junior employee
• Maintain customer database
• Mange email marketing strategy and optimization, monitor open rates, etc.
• Develop customer segmentations and journeys
• Develop and execute strategies to increase customer base

Qualifications:

• Experience with customer acquisition and/or lead generation
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule at our client’s office in the Downtown Dallas area
• 4 years of digital marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM
