What it’s like to be a Marketing Growth Manager


Join our ambitious B2B SaaS team as a Growth Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in our mission to bring innovative financial technology to the SMB market. This versatile role combines demand generation and acquisition marketing, requiring creativity, experimentation, digital savvy, and data-driven insights.


What does the day to day look like


  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team to ensure messaging alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
  • Track top-of-funnel metrics like engagement and awareness, as well as bottom-of-funnel metrics like CPA and ROI
  • Maintain an A/B testing roadmap, compiling an ever-growing understanding of creative learnings about our brand and our customers
  • Maintain a customer attribution framework that provides clear and reliable insights about where the most valuable customers are coming from
  • Align marketing efforts with business goals to drive overall growth, encompassing both awareness and customer acquisition
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that includes demand generation and acquisition marketing, covering channels such as paid advertising, SEO, events, and more
  • Analyze performance across different stages of the funnel, traffic sources, conversion metrics, and cost metrics to increase the number of organic and paid visitors to the website
  • Maintain an accurate forecast of lead volume based on channel mix and spend, pulling various levers to achieve the desired level of growth
  • Implement a range of tactics from content marketing, events, and SEO (demand generation) to PPC, display advertising, and retargeting (acquisition)
  • Research and collect feedback from customers and prospects, in order to develop effective campaign messaging based on their specific attitudes, needs, preferences, and pain points
  • Manage and optimize the budget across various channels to achieve growth targets

Requirements


  • Experience with paid ad campaigns, including SEM and paid social
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of low/no-code website & design tools such as WordPress and Figma
  • Proficient in digital advertising platforms and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, including content and acquisition
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO practices

Base salary range from $75k - $110k
