We are looking for an experienced and multi-faceted growth marketing manager to join our team.

Whatever it is that fuels you, we're on a mission to build something much larger than ourselves here and looking for another partner in driving that mission forward
  • We're still a small company, which means that everyone still wears a lot of hats and we need a marketing professional who's comfortable rolling up their sleeves and doing everything from owning and influencing strategy to building out the tactical elements of campaigns


Responsibilities

  • Ideates, schedules, monitors, reports and optimizes marketing campaigns with focus on driving increased prospect engagement and pipeline generation
  • Work closely with Commercial Sales and Marketing team to drive growth focused activities that contribute to commercial sales growth
  • Creation and ownership of marketing automation platform (Pardot) including creation of drip funnel campaigns, list segmentation, landing page strategy and optimization
  • Create and manage physical and virtual event strategy including logistics
  • Management of marketing programs including nurture, pre & post tradeshow activities, email campaigns, PPC and other digital marketing activities
  • Creation and distribution/promotion of compelling marketing and sales content across funnel (website copy, social media, white papers, case studies, etc.)

  • A subject matter expert for marketing automation, demand generation, inbound, email and database marketing strategy
  • Empathetic to our members’ GI health conditions and are driven to improve their outcomes
  • Creative, innovative, and motivated to design and build things where they do not already exist
  • An analytical, results-driven marketer who loves diving into data and finding ways to optimize marketing campaigns
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic start up environment
  • An expert in your craft with a desire to continue learning, and pride in getting things done
  • Experienced with campaign testing and long-term ROI analysis
  • An excellent communicator and can document your processes and actions to keep other team members and vendors in the know about your successes, failures, and trials
  • A detail oriented individual comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines/deliverables at once
  • Passionate about growth marketing, have 5+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role with an automation platform (Pardot preferred)



Qualifications

  • Proven experience contributing to key metrics including MQL generation, pipeline generation, etc.
  • A curious, self-motivated team player with a sense of urgency and excitement to grow and learn
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skills
  • 5+ years experience in a B2B marketing role with growth marketing experience

Bonus points if you:

  • Have prior start-up and/or SaaS experience
  • Understand the health benefits and/or broker landscape
  • Have experience working within the health and wellness space
