About The Role
The Sales Leader will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of Enavate s business. Th e Sales Leader will develop and be responsible for the overall sales strategy, sales processes, and leading a team of +20 dedicated sales , presales and business development team members . This role also requires hunting for new business and adding net new logos across industry . The Sales Leader oversees the creation of  sales  strategies and studies sales numbers to assess how successful such strategies are , further the Sales Leader will be responsible for building a global high performance sales team . 
Additionally, the Sales Leader will be part of Enavate Experience L eadership team and play a key role in Enavate’s team member community by mentoring, coaching, and managing colleagues towards success.
Key Responsibilities
Your day will consist of:
  • As a member of the Senior Leadership Team you will play an active part in setting the strategic direction of the company, and developing and executing plans for such
  • Developing the sales plan to fulfill the growth and revenue goals of the organization
  • Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
  • Developing budgets and monitoring performance to ensure annual budgets are reached
  • Collaborating with marketing and other departments to develop effective strategies
  • Responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume of an organization's cloud services
  • Increasing market share in existing markets and maximizing new business opportunities
  • Developing revenue forecasts when requested
  • Planning and directing all aspects of the organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives
  • Leading, developing and coaching the sales and pre-sales departments to ensure a cohesive team aligned with the company v ision, values and growth targets
Qualifications
Here is what it takes to be successful in the role:
  • Business numeracy and acumen
  • Entrepreneur ial mind set
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Has sales executive experience having met and/ or exceeding company sales targets
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgme nt to plan and accomplish goals
  • Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's conc epts, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Education And Experience
  • Having lead successful sales teams across industry is preferable
  • Strong understanding of the ERP market and the transition to cloud
  • Requires a ba chelor's degree with at least 10 y ears of experience in the field
  • Proven track record building and leading a sales team who can grow from $ 80 M in sales to $ 200 +
