As a Delivery Enablement Lead at Notable, you will lead the creation and delivery of “customer success” training and provide ongoing support to Partnership Delivery Managers (PDMs). This will amplify our ability to ensure customers acknowledge value delivery, are excited to be references and engage in upsell opportunities. You also institutionalize mechanisms to ensure training is effective. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be someone with a dedicated mindset towards making things happen. You can understand the big picture, take ownership, and tackle problems wherever they arise.
You will...
  • Prepare PDMs for tough customer situations through role playing, e.g., commercial questions, expectation-setting, executive stakeholder meetings, termination risk, and service escalations
  • Listen to internal & external Gong calls and provide feedback to PDMs and their managers
  • Ensure latest sales collateral is being used with customers
  • Track progress of current trainings and build new ones from scratch
  • Initiate preparation for executive meetings well in advance
  • Analyze performance data and visualize to tell a compelling value story
  • Upgrade written communications to resonate with executives
  • Lead Partnership Delivery Managers training and onboarding on strong end-to-end partnership management skills from kickoff through go live and ongoing value realization & expansion phases

  • Understand customers needs and have experience translating them into trainings
  • Can build programs and trainings from scratch
  • Have 4+ years of enablement experience with Sales or Customer Success
  • Are passionate about supporting and transforming customers’ experience
  • Are organized and have a strong attention to detail
  • Enjoy working cross functionally and building scalable systems
Compensation Range: $104K - $150K
