Description


Bluon is currently looking for fast, growth-minded individuals who want to help revolutionize the HVAC industry and play an integral role in a thriving startup environment. The SaaS Sales Executive must have the ability to build relationships and handle complex customer interactions via telephone, face-to-face interactions, video conferencing for demonstrations and sales pitches. Key Responsibilities


  • Develop sales plan and strategy to generate distributor participation on platform
  • Actively management account relationships varying stages (new, existing, failed, etc.)
  • Identify current and potential clients and develop specific actions plans to increase market penetration
  • Develop relationships with multiple influencers in target organizations
  • Responsible for preparation and management of projects that contribute to the overall strategy of the organization
  • Build and maintain morale in the team by demonstrating leadership qualities and setting an example, promoting teamwork within the organization
  • Liaison with OEMs to set an appropriate growth plan for increasing market share
  • Work with the sales team and management team to onboard and train new and existing accounts on platform use and integration
  • Acquire and evaluate market data to develop strategies to maximize national sales opportunities and overall market share
  • Convert platform and product leads into opportunities by following the appropriate sales process
  • Continuously work with management team on the evolving strategy and execution plan regarding platform
