About this role
Wildpack Beverage is looking for a dedicated, full-time Sales Assistant, who will support Wildpack’s Senior Account Executive(s) to deliver world-class service to Wildpack clients. The Sales Assistant will assist the Account Executive in all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing. This includes preparing quotes, maintaining customer relations, tracking sales data, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the account executive. It will be customer-facing and fast paced. It will be necessary to be skilled at crafting correspondence and troubleshooting issues. This role will have a deep knowledge of our products and offerings so that they can support the Senior AE in all activities.
A day in the life: What you do
- Maintain sales records, prepare sales reports, and provide data for forecasting.
- Booking meetings, liaising with clients and setting up calls on behalf of Sr AE
- Prepare sales-related documents, such as quotes and contracts.
- Participate in sales team meetings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and competitive market conditions.
- Assist the Account Executive with all sales-related duties, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Support the Account Executive in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Taking minutes of meetings and actioning follow-up items

Qualifications: What you know
- Must be organized, detail oriented and able to multitask
- Minimum HS degree with common sense and good people skills
- Ability to travel 10%
- Must be proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- 1-3 years of administrative experience is preferred
- Excellent computer skills a must
