Would you like flexibility to work from home? Synthomer offers the ability to work for up to 2 days from a home office environment.


What are we looking for?


Provide administrative support to maintain the daily operations of the Adhesive Technologies Commercial team. Ensure that the administrative support needs of all departments are met and that a smooth work flow is maintained. Perform other duties as required, which includes assisting other corporate departments with miscellaneous tasks whenever needed with professionalism and confidentiality.


What You'll Own In This Role...


  • Coordinates record retention for supported departments
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Prepares and coordinates conference calls, video-conference calls and other meetings as needed
  • Provide proactive calendar support for select departmental leaders
  • Prepares Purchase Order requisitions into SAP for supported departments
  • Organizes the quarterly contract and supplier contract spreadsheet review process
  • Provide periodic front desk/receptionist support as needed
  • Updates interdepartmental Calendar
  • Prepares correspondence, presentations and reports as needed
  • Coordinates and manages Corporate Travel function and expense reports via Concur for supported departments


What You'll Need To Be Successful...


  • Work with confidential subject matter
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Senior Management level
  • Positive attitude
  • Detail oriented
  • Communication skills (written and oral)
  • Organization
  • MS Office Suite
  • Ability to support several Team members in multiple departments
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently
  • High School Diploma/GED
