What We're Looking For


As a Human Resources Coordinator/Admin, you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with exceptional communication skills. You possess the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy interacting with candidates, employees, and other stakeholders. You have a passion for HR and want to make a difference in the recruitment and onboarding process.


What You’ll Do


As a Human Resources Coordinator/Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient recruitment and onboarding of all new hires. This will include scheduling interviews for all candidates, effectively communicating and providing guidance during the interview process, creating an engaging recruitment experience to candidates and hiring managers.. You will also assist in our onboarding experience for all new hires, while learning and interacting with all other aspects of the HR function


In conjunction with the People team, you will analyze and suggest continual improvements in the efficiency of the recruitment and onboarding process. You will also organize, plan and participate in company events, update the company’s organizational charts, conduct audits of personnel files and I-9 forms, and establish and maintain good rapport with hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates.


Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to learn and level up from experienced HR professionals and Talent Acquisition Recruiters. You'll gain practical experience and exposure to all aspects of HR while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. With the support and guidance of the People team, you'll have the resources you need to learn, grow, and excel in your role.


What You’ll Bring


  • Passion for helping others and a desire to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources/Talent Acquisition
  • Basic understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Committed to continuous learning and improvement, always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (particularly Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.), with an eye for detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Proactive attitude, outside-the-box thinking, and resourcefulness
  • Natural ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this full-time position (USD: $50,000-$65,000, CAD: $45,000-$55,000 ) is determined by role, level, and location. The range informed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US and Canadian locations. Within the range, individual pay will be determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant training, and other factors.
