Job Overview:
We're looking for a Master of All Trades Admin Assistant / Marketing Coordinator (aka, the Swiss Army Knife) to join our team. The successful candidate will be the ultimate multi-tasker, able to handle a wide range of administrative tasks and marketing activities with ease. But most importantly, they should have a great sense of humor and be ready to have some fun!
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze market trends and competition. You'll need to be a detective, able to uncover valuable insights that will help us stay ahead
- Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and website content. You'll need to be able to write a copy that's sharp enough to cut through anything!
- Assist with writing customer emails. You'll need to be able to write emails that are so good, people can't help but click on them.
- Manage social media accounts and execute social media campaigns. You'll need to be a social media ninja, able to navigate Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn with ease.
- Help plan and coordinate events and webinars. You'll need to be a master of event planning, able to coordinate every detail from start to finish.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling project kickoffs, updating project documents, follow-up on invoices. Bonus points if you can juggle all of these tasks at once!
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and other marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- 3-4 years of experience in an administrative or marketing role.
