Job Description

The RMAT (Remote Maintenance Telecom) Support Specialist will be interacting with a wide range of clients and technical issues related to voice and data. They will be responsible for facilitating and managing the resolution of technical problems while working in a fast-paced environment.

RMAT Responsibilities:

  • Manage changes to the scope of work and schedule using appropriate techniques
  • High level of concentration and commitment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities along with interpersonal skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Respond to customer queries with information about products and services or providing technical assistance
  • Maintain customer and vendor relationships using exemplary customer service skills


RMAT Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telecommunications and/or technical support are preferred but not required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • High school diploma or GED
