They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and spearhead customer engagement and churn prevention efforts.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver in ensuring our customers have exceptional experiences and remain loyal to our solutions. Your role will encompass a variety of marketing strategies and collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to achieve success. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a track record of effective customer communication, a knack for writing, and the ability to implement scalable processes guided by data insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop captivating marketing collateral across diverse channels, including emails, in-app messages, brochures, webinars, and more.
- Stay vigilant by monitoring market trends and assessing the competitive landscape.
- Create and curate impactful marketing experiences through various communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless product implementation.
- Work in conjunction with the product and customer success teams to orchestrate successful launches of new features and products, targeting surgeons, healthcare executives, and OR Leaders.
- Foster strong and meaningful customer relationships through effective communication and data-driven decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in crafting compelling and visually appealing presentations.
- Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
- 4-6 years of marketing experience, with a strong understanding of customer-centric strategies.
- Proactive and efficient, with a knack for project management and timekeeping.
- Collaborative team player with a proven track record of driving results.
- A portfolio showcasing your impactful marketing work.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Proven expertise in SaaS product marketing; experience in healthcare SaaS is a valuable asset.
