Certified Project Manager Professional, strongly preferred or equivalent experience working with clinical research teams in a project management role.

Required Education, Experience And Certification/Licensure

Maintain research project timelines and manage timely execution of deliverables by the research team.

Maintain study master files and manage the research study progress in relation to project timelines.

Communicate with principal investigators, the Director, and the department team while maintaining positive and cooperative relationships in day-to-day interactions.

Coordinate and attend research investigator and coordinator meetings and teleconferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Create and update research study manual of operations and standard data collection procedures for all participating clinical research sites.

General knowledge of household finance, Medicaid, and Medicare.

Working knowledge of MarketScan claims data, as well as other third-party or public health data resources.

Willingness to participate in knowledge-sharing and an entrepreneurial environment.

Analyze health care economics at individual, household, and employer levels.

Collaborate with members, grantmaking institutions, academics, and associations on research initiatives.

Represent EBRI at select member and industry events.

Programming Experience with Survey, Customer Management and CRM Platforms (e.g. Qualtrics and MaritzCX)

Identify and manage research partners.

Manage project quality, timelines and budgets.

Identify situations that would benefit from customer or market research and recommend appropriate research plans.

8+ years of experience conducting and managing market research projects or customer satisfaction/loyalty research tracking programs

Experience managing cross functional teams and staff

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 3-5 years of experience working in project management or similar discipline.

Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as spreadsheets, Google Docs, and Project tracking software.

Knowledge and experience of clinical trials.

Experience in psychological research with human participants

Experience with Windows and Mac computing and Microsoft Office suite

Keeps records of work performed and maintains databases and other records

Trains and leads students through various laboratory-related activities

(4) Prepare project documents and materials and assist staff to coordinate project management activities and meetings

(5) Prepare project dashboards and summaries as well as milestone status and updates

Proven experience in project management, ideally within the education or fintech sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
