Reporting Data Analyst (Remote - Est/Ct) ($27.88 - $28.85 / Hour)

Job Duties

• Refer unresolved inquiries/grievances to designated areas for investigation.
• Respond and resolve inquiries on the first call, utilizing all available resources.
• Address and resolve customer service calls empathetically and professionally.
• Accurately document, research, and resolve inquiries, ensuring clear and complete documentation.
• Monitor and close inquiries requiring follow-up based on departmental guidelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Focused and quiet work environment with zero distractions or childcare challenges.
• Minimum 1+ year of Customer Service experience, with ACD Call Center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD9 coding preferred.
• Candidates seeking longevity and a career, as well as being coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines is a plus.
• Ability to work 2 evenings, including Friday, with the other day open once go live.
• Ability to hardwire to internet router and conduct camera required meetings/training sessions.
