Day-to-Day

A reinsurance company is looking for a data analyst to join their data analytics and delivery team. The goal of this team is to understand the business needs, provide analysis, and visual reporting. The candidate will be participating in stakeholder meetings internally understanding what the stakeholder is trying to accomplish. The data they will be working in is reinsurance data understanding premiums, and other reinsurance packages provided by the stakeholder. They will need to provide further insight through data analysis and visualization. They will use SQL and tableau to provide the data. 60% of their day is spend in visualizations (tableau), 30% analysis, 30% stakeholder meetings. This candidate needs to be an excellent communicator and have an analytical thinking mindset.
