Position Overview
The Operations and Data Analyst will support the Partner Success team by solving the data, reporting, license management, and other operational needs of some of our largest customers. We are looking for someone who has a passion for data, excels in problem solving, and effectively articulates recommendations and/or solutions.
Specific Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifies areas for data quality improvement and works with team to implement needed changes for improved accuracy and efficiency.
- Delivers custom reports drawing from child outcome and educator usage data
- Stays current and knowledgeable of data collecting/visualizations tools.
- Owning license management strategy and implementation for large, complex customers
- Explores data continually to find trends and potential issues.
- Delivers data analysis through ad hoc queries, data dashboards, and data files to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensures data processes are consistent, current, documented and reviewed on a regular basis.
- Reacts with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround with a high detail orientation.
Qualifications:
- Highly collaborative with strong communication skills - verbal and written - with the ability to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas
- Advanced level user in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency working with SQL Queries, Tableau, Salesforce and Pendo
- Bachelor's degree
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can translate unclear requests into actionable next steps
