As an Associate and Core Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in assisting customers and contribute to the overall success of employer. What You'll Do In This Role

• Perform additional tasks at the request of management
• Process transactions and service customer requests with urgency and accuracy
• Document detailed notes on all interactions
• Assist with inquiries, including new business applications and in-force transactions
• Navigate administrative systems for New Business, Claims, and In-force Back Office work
• Answer incoming phone calls from agents and customers
• Help with policy questions, product information, rates, and service issue resolution

Requirements

• Comfortable on the phone with outbound and incoming calls
• 1+ year call center experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities concurrently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team and customers
• Outstanding customer service orientation and sense of urgency
• Maintain records of all conversations in a comprehensible way
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong team orientation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Insurance or finance industry experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Technical savviness and proficiency in MSFT Suite
