Job Overview:
As an Account Executive at Netchex, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base within the 20-49 EE space. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and presenting our comprehensive HR and payroll software solutions to potential clients. Your consultative approach and ability to build strong relationships will be key in establishing Netchex as the preferred HR and payroll partner for businesses.
  • Please note that you have the ability to advance to a level II or III AE and work with larger clients once you meet your revenue milestones – you could likely unlock this potential within 3-4 months.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Quota Attainment: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to effectively position Netchex's offerings.
  • Solution Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of Netchex's software solutions.
  • Customer Success: Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding and successful adoption of Netchex's solutions for new clients.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the sales team, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the sales process.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, referrals, and various prospecting methods to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and long-lasting relationships with prospects, actively listening to their feedback, concerns, and objectives, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Consultative Sales: Engage with prospects to understand their HR and payroll challenges and demonstrate how Netchex's solutions can address their specific needs and pain points effectively.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and sales-related documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR and payroll processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales (1+ years), preferably in software-as-a-service (SaaS).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), proficiency with Salesloft is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Degree not required, but preferred.
