What we’re looking for
The Sr. Remarketing Analyst leads all processes associated with Remarketing Compliance. This includes review and testing of all Remarketing Controls and SOPs, Remarketing Supplier Contracts, SLAs, Financial Controls for auctions and SOX, and Internal Audit owner relating to testing and remediation.
In addition, the role has ownership of project implementation specific to remediation and or new compliance controls to support of all aspects that relate to Remarketing. This role is the SME for all activities related to compliance, auditing and testing in Remarketing. He or she will be responsible for full knowledge and management of all processes to make independent decisions.
What you’ll be doing
- Remarketing Compliance Liaison (SOX, Internal Audits, CFPB)
- Ensure proper formal documentation with respect to all oversight and testing activities
- Compliance Management of Remarketing Suppliers including contracts
- Partner with Enterprise Compliance, Remarketing Management and other internal departments on audits, findings, and remediation efforts to resolve in a timely manner
- Product Launch and Implementation Projects (example: Compliance Controls)
- Own and manage day-to-day compliance review, testing and requests by both internal and external customers and provide responses in a timely manner
- Compliance Management of Remarketing Internal Processes
- Lead compliance partnerships with the BUs, Supplier(s) and/or Remarketing management
- Collaborate with internal departments to evaluate and remedy complaints and identify trending as well as create senior level communication around same
- Ensure Supplier are accountable for incorporating relevant policies, procedures, and regulations into their day-to-day responsibilities
- Validate documented oversight of contractual and supplemental performance oversight for services provided by Suppliers
- Handle standard inquiries from internal audit or other compliance/auditing teams
- Support the creation of user stories and/or business requirements to implementation plans relating to compliance and control changes
- Establish and sustain constructive partnerships with Remarketing business units, Managers, Internal Team Members and Suppliers to align compliance business strategy and controls
Qualifications/ What you bring
- 2+ years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
- Bachelor’s degree required of equivalent experience
Added bonus if you have
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
- Agency/Vendor/Supplier Management experience plus
- Compliance (oversight, testing, etc.) experience plus
