Lead Senior Compliance Investigative Analyst Jobs

Partner with category buyers and executives to develop KPIs that help explain performance and drive proactive P&L management

Ability to multi-task, manage project timelines across cross-functional teams, and adjust priorities based on workload and direction from management

BA or, an equivalent of education

Strong Commercial focus, with exposure to multiple business/functions and excellent business partnering skills

Intermediate Google Sheets/Excel knowledge including sorting/filtering, pivot tables, complex functions, modeling, and visualizations

High business acumen with strong finance background

Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize and interpret patterns and anomalies in data and demonstrate clear translation into insights/solutions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to consult and influence business decisions (trusted advisor)

2 or more years’ experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio

2 or more years’ experience building data models and conducting predictive analytics

Experience working across a variety of data environments/solutions (CRM/ITSM/ERP/WMS)

Experience training/coaching others on data prep, reporting, visualization, or analysis methods.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, pre-law or other relevant field, or equivalent education and experience.

General knowledge of regulatory requirements such as the Investment Advisers Act, FINRA rules and/or state insurance requirements is a plus

Conduct testing to ensure business partners are in compliance with state insurance requirements.

Provide guidance and support to business partners with respect to supervisory responsibilities (e.g., communications, gifts and entertainment, outside activities)

Four years of regulatory, securities, or advertising compliance experience.

Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Compliance Management of Remarketing Internal Processes

Compliance Management of Remarketing Suppliers including contracts

Lead compliance partnerships with the BUs, Supplier(s) and/or Remarketing management

Ensure Supplier are accountable for incorporating relevant policies, procedures, and regulations into their day-to-day responsibilities

Support the creation of user stories and/or business requirements to implementation plans relating to compliance and control changes

Bachelor’s degree required of equivalent experience

At least 2 years of business analysis , process improvement or similar experience.

Experience in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.

Translate business requests into well-defined problems

Extracting and merging data from multiple sources, data cleaning, and validating data sets for analysis

Create analytical models to address key business questions and translate the output into clear findings and recommendations

Conduct state-specific legal research and monitor changes in requirements to mitigate risks and achieve compliance

High school diploma or equivalent experience

Experience communicating complex information via phone conversations and emails to non-technical clients, external customers, internal customers and executives

Experience interacting & collaborating with a variety of stakeholders (other team members, internal customers and executives)

Support the collection of data for regulatory filings, coordinate and develop reports, projects and use assessment tools to verify compliance

Develop compliance communications and drive problem resolution for a business segment across UnitedHealth Group

Support team reporting responsibilities, including data analytics and the ability to identify trends in data

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years of experience in understanding of healthcare products and services

Compliance experience in a large organization

Experience working or communicating with regulators

Communicate with regulatory agencies, and have the ability to work under strict regulatory deadlines

Extremely strong program management skills, including relevant software tools (e.g., excel, asana, forecast, ppt, airtable, etc.)
