We're looking for someone with prior management experience overseeing multiple locations and multiple territories, genuine customer service skills, proven sales experience, and a passion for culture and team mentorship. Reporting to our VP of Sales, the RVP will be responsible for ensuring that our teams are achieving sales goals and that our operations are consistent throughout all locations and are in line with our culture.
Operations Department Purpose: To be the support team that encourages, engages, and enables our members, so that coming back for their next workout is an easy decision.
Sales Department Purpose: Generate business by building relationships to understand the needs of our members and prospects and connecting them to fitness and our services.
Position Essential Purpose: Leading and supporting the clubs in their designated Region in their entirety including the club's financial success, employee experience, and member satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales pipeline process adherence
- Support all team members in our gyms
- Ensure leaders have the tools needed to be successful
- Recruit and develop team members
- Develop and maintain processes that deliver great member experience and service standards

- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Someone who has worked in the fitness industry previously and has an interest in fitness.
- Comfortable with a computer/technology, ability to quickly shift focus.
- Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors, i.e. calm, professional, and empathetic to all levels of management, employees, customers, and vendors.
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
- Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and training.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience overseeing multiple locations.
