VP Sales North America R&R

A special opportunity to join our incredoble team in the US!

Incredo is An Israeli Foodtech Startup, that has developedpatented technology for improving flavor delivery,a first of its kind sugar reduction solution made of real cane-sugar.

We are building our presence in North America, looking for an experienced VP Sales to drive sales of our products to food manufacturers and grow our business in the U.S.

We are looking for a highly driven “hands on” technical Sales leader, who has experience in pitching and selling new and innovative ingredients and solutions to food companies, through a strategic sales process. The VP Sales will be seeking new partnership opportunities as well as working with existing accounts, in-line with the company’s goals and GTM plans/strategy. The long sales cycle requires strong understanding of customers’ pipeline needs and navigation through various functions in the organization, including R&D, marketing, innovation, business and procurement. The VP Sales will work closely with our application teams in the US and in Israel and report to the Co-CEO of the company.

This individual should have an entrepreneurial mindset, be passionate for great tasting healthy food and for building new business opportunities through a combination of strategic thinking and a strong ability to execute. Ability to attract talent and build a team is critical as the vision is a 20+ team in 5 years.


Location: Hybrid WFH/Office (Austin, TX Area)
