Job Description
Level: Applicants at Sr Director, or VP level are encouraged to apply.

Location: This role can be remote or hybrid and will require ability to travel frequently.
How will this role have an impact?
The Sr. Director / Vice President - Regional Lead role is a critical leadership position that will have oversight for a territory of ~10-12 states and $200M+ revenue related to the Home & Community Services (HCS) business line. The Regional Lead will be expected to drive business planning, stakeholder / goal alignment and leadership communications for their territory and will ultimately be responsible for all associated outcomes (volumes/revenue targets for all HCS products, provider efficiency and effectiveness measures, general service quality / delivery metrics).
Over the last 5 years, Signify’s HCS business has grown ~500% organically with the core operating model–including planning and forecasting–continuing to be conducted at the national level. In 2024, Signify is going to be segmenting key operational functions out into a regionalized structure with a core team of four owning planning and execution in their territory. The Regional Lead will be the overall leader and decision maker with oversight for the core team.
The Key Responsibilities For This Role Include
  • Centralization of goals for all inputs necessary to achieve targets, tracking/pacing of progress to goals, and accountability for identification and mitigation of risk and/or disconnects
  • Ownership of the “Integrated Business Planning” process, including stakeholder alignment, oversight of the operating cadence and leadership communications
  • Final authority for all major decisions related to their territory (staffing / recruiting priority/focus, membership outreach timing/strategy, provider incentives etc.) and when/if to escalate to leadership for guidance
The Regional Lead role is ideal for someone looking to have significant accountability and ownership for outcomes with a background in strategy, operations, analysis and stakeholder management. The Regional Lead will have a high degree of interaction with leadership and is seen as a development role for future leaders for the organization towards a COO/CFO type path.
The Regional Lead will have daily contact with key stakeholders in Production (demand management), Network Development (supply management) and Capacity Management (real-time optimization) as well as weekly / monthly interaction with Finance, Go-to-Market / Client Success, Member Engagement and many other downstream operational functions.
Diversity and Inclusion are core values at Signify Health, and fostering a workplace culture reflective of that is critical to our continued success as an organization.
What will you / your team do?
  • Provide support to the COO, SVP of Production and others in HCS Operations leadership as requested
  • Respond well to coaching and supervision
  • Manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders who own inputs and/or execution necessary to achieve results
  • Work with leaders across the organization to develop and execute operational plans to optimize performance and outcomes
  • Share ideas and best practices with counterparts in other regions to help improve overall performance for the business
  • Lead monthly business planning process including artifact creation, review meetings, and overall coordination / leadership updates
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to junior associates including sharing of experience and lessons learned to enhance / develop their capabilities leading to the development of talent depth across the company
  • Travel as needed
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere celebrating shared successes and achievement of goals within the regional team and downstream stakeholders
  • Actively demonstrate teamwork at all times
  • Ensure execution and compliance with Signify Health’s strategic initiatives
  • Daily monitoring of trends and metrics and identification / management of risks
  • Lead revenue forecasting and budgeting partnering with Finance and other operational stakeholders
