Regional VP sought for HVAC / Plumbing Consumer Home Services Consolidator

Rapidly growing, doubling in size over the last 12 months they currently employ 1000+ employees and serve over 700,000 homeowners in twelve states across the Southern and Midwestern US.
The Regional Vice President sets company objectives, develops business strategies, conduct business, and staff performance evaluations, report to and participate in board meetings as well as manage your respective Region. Successful RVP candidates will have the experience to have a detailed understanding of operations, corporate structures, and business strategy. They will have successfully managed and expanded organizational objectives and deliver long-term performance gains.
Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying new business ventures for the company.
- The RVP performs regular analyses of business operations and enhancing current business practices.
- Preparing, delivering, and presenting reports at key executive meetings.
- Developing, implementing, and managing the region's HR policy and plan.
- Providing oversight and support to the Region’s managers.
- Assessing, evaluating, and reporting on staff as well as key business indicators.
- Overseeing daily operations and performance for your Region.
- Ensuring that spending and budgeting are in line with business objectives and relevant legislation.
- Reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure company growth and stability.
- Strategizing and implementing operational and structural changes with other senior executives.
- Extensive Travel Commitment – 60% or more
Ideal RVP candidate criteria
- Proficiency in negotiations, operational management, and implementation.
- A degree in business management, administration, or finance is desired
- Experience in business to consumer home services sales is required.
- Decision-making, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
- A superb understanding of corporate legislation and company guidelines
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to problem-solve and work in a team.
- Extremely organized, punctual, and goal driven.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar progressive management role or position.
