Mountain Reforestation Program Manager Jobs

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Prior sales and management experience preferred.

Ensure all management reporting is complete, accurate submitted in a timely manner.

Starting salary is based on experience*

Manage customer accounts and collections.

Helps to design, implement, manage, and monitor procurement reporting systems to meet company requirements in the assigned areas of responsibility.

Five years’ experience in Procurement or related experience

Create department systems and procedures in assigned areas of responsibility.

Evaluates vendor quotations that utilizes appropriate negotiation and purchasing techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery, and service.

Prepares and issues purchase orders and change notices.

Works with the Managing Director to review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.

Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.

Interview, hire, train, complete annual performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate.

Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff.

Supervise the budgeting, forecasting, training, scheduling, motivating and staffing of the Rooms Department. 

Plan, organize, chair, attend and/or participate in various meetings such as: Staff Meetings, Rooms Division Meetings, Family Lunch, Quality Teams Meetings, etc.

Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA)or customer relationship management (CRM) software, ideally SalesForce

Utilize CRM tools to record activity and manage the sales pipeline.

2+ years of demonstrated experience in the outdoor sign industry

2+ years of product sales experiencepreferred

*The Territory Manager must live within the specified region.

Develop new and existing customers in the assigned territory and drive the sign companies to outperform base sales dollar goals.

Retail leadership and/or management experience leading 2+ employees required

Exceptional customer experience, organizational and leadership skills

Develop your associate manager, full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees

Forecast and manage the store budget, including revenue and operating expenses

Proactively manage schedule and availability to ensure leadership presence

Experience in building teams and connecting in new market communities

Experience selling SaaS, Storage, Cloud, Backup, Recovery, Security, and/or Data Management software solutions to Commercial or Enterprise Customers

Assimilate specific vertical market background, requirements and infrastructure attributes and apply this knowledge to sell Nasuni’s solution

Maintain accurate forecasting and clear management communication

Help recruit, train and manage the team of Mountain Forestry Coordinators, to ensure success of activities and volunteer engagement.

Assist in developing engagement and educational material relevant to Mountain Forestry.

Knowledge of local ecosystems, especially Montane Forest and reforestation principles.

Skills in public speaking and public engagement.

Assist TreePeople's development team in securing potential new funding and projects.

Assist in volunteer recruitment strategies and train volunteers to become Reforestation Supervisors.
