Job Description

About the role

  • Distribution of the brand XAL to architects, designers and lighting designers
  • Implementation of marketing and sales strategies in coordination with the headquarter
  • Defending the lighting concepts through the whole chain and negotiate with general contractors, electricians and end clients
  • Market analysis and reporting to the management team
  • Support of existing customers and partners as well as acquisition of new customers and partners
  • Managing and expanding the existing sales network
  • Close cooperation with different departments in the companies' headquarters

About you

  • Outstanding communication, time management, planning and presentation skills
  • Outgoing, dynamic and proactive sales person
  • Willingness to travel in your sales area
  • Completed education in sales, marketing or a technical field
  • Passion for lighting design and technology
  • Experience in sales in the lighting industry or a related sector, e.g architecture, interior design, furniture
  • Good Slovenian and English skills, German skills would be a plus
  • Well organized person who is capable to follow up projects and deadlines
