Our Regional Property Managers are regionally focused operations managers who are responsible for developing their Team, our communities, and the value of their portfolio. Monte Christo’s Regional Property Manager training and onboarding program demonstrates our dedication to developing talent and our belief that advancing talent across our business is essential to personal and professional growth. Ultimately, our Regional Property Manager role is aimed to accelerate your development as a professional, and as a potential future leader in the company.

What you will do:

  • Oversee the daily workflow of assigned communities.
  • Complete projects to add valve and beautification.
  • Model our organizational purpose, values, and standards consistently.
  • Drive occupancy and rent collection to expectations.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, approve accounts payable in accordance with pro-forma.
  • Develop your team, coaching them to excellence.
  • Confront issues directly and respectfully while working toward a resolution.
  • Coordinate short and long-range projects to increase the value of parks.
  • Operate a portfolio of 5 large Manufactured Home and RV Parks in Vallejo, San Leandro, and Fairfield, overseeing the work of Community Managers and Maintenance team members.
  • Achieve a balance between the needs of the Team, Residents, and Investors.

  • Desire to work collaboratively with Team Success Department to recruit, hire, manage and retain community staff.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years of Property management experience
  • 1+ years of managerial experience
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screening
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation
