About the Role:

The Senior Education Manager for Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Salons is a key role for the strategic planning, execution and management of education in the direct sales channel with OLAPLEX's top salons in North America

This position serves as a critical link between OLAPLEX and the KOL network for the strategic planning of education programming and resources, in support of sales goals.

The role is essential to the sales cycle by delivering the best-in-class training to market leader salons and their stylists and to ensure ongoing education support. The key to success in this distribution strategy will be to have a thorough knowledge of the OLAPLEX brand and programs with the ability to train and develop education resources to deliver best in class education to KOL Salons.

• Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Salons
• Proficient in the execution of OLPLEX global curriculum services and applications. Sr.Education Manager will be the single point of contact for the adaptation and implementation of national curriculum programs into the KOL network in both traditional and innovative ways
• Manage additional projects, deliverables and timelines as needed
• Identify, recruit and develop local Advocate Stylists and freelance educators
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the haircare industry in a senior training position
• Competence in managing budgets and financial targets
• Inspirational leadership style with excellent training skills
• Experience leading stylists and managing remotely
