My client are experts within the Engineering, Construction, Renewable Energy, Capital Markets, and FinTech sectors, and they dominate the market across the US and UK.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a Recruiting Team Lead to join the Boston office and immediately lead, coach, and continue to develop a high performing team! They have a fantastic culture, and are based in beautiful offices that are in the heart of Boston… It’s so good that they have one of the highest retention rates around!

You will be surrounded by a passionate and focused senior leadership team, and with that, you will be on a fast-track path to success!!

Your profile to be a successful Recruiting Team Lead:

• A genuine people's person.
• And/or, have the appetite and vision to move into a leadership role.
• To have led, coached, mentored a small team.
• A proven track record of success!
• An entrepreneurial mindset.
• 18 months + experience developing business and recruiting in niche sectors within a recruitment agency environment - Ideally in Tech, Banking, Renewable Energy and/or Engineering, though they will look outside of this.
