UW Bothell has an outstanding opportunity for a Student Recruitment Manager. The Student Recruitment Manager works with the SNHS & SES Academic Services Teams, faculty and staff of the Schools, UWB Division of Enrollment Management (DEM), the UW Seattle and UW Tacoma Schools of Nursing, and UWB MarComm to develop and implement strategies for communicating with prospective students in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting all students, regardless of race, ethnicity, ability, socioeconomic status, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, religion, country of origin or citizenship status. This position is designed to assist SNHS & SES in meeting their enrollment goals and increasing its visibility to prospective students who are considering Graduate and Bachelor degree programs in these Schools. This position works collaboratively with academic advisers, School leadership, and advisory boards to gain a deep understanding of our program and execute outreach activities and advise prospective students. This position requires strong people skills and a desire to meet students and community members where they are with the goal of being a welcoming and informed representative of SNHS. The person in this position must be able to communicate effectively to individuals with widely varying educational backgrounds, socio-economic status, age, nationalities, and language proficiency

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
3 years' experience in admissions, recruitment, advising, student services, or marketing & communications in a higher education environment
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.
