Recruiting Coordinator (Remote)

The Recruiting Coordinator will support Talent Acquisition team members in their daily activities. The coordinator should be highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do:

• Evaluate candidates through the review of resumes and cover letters.
• Attend events when necessary.
• Schedule candidate interviews for Recruiters and Managers to include arranging travel when needed.
• Conduct interviews using MS Teams, via phone, and in person.
• Function as an assistant to multiple assigned managers and perform relevant duties as directed.
• Source candidates using social media, and other methods.

What You Will Need:
Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field required.
• 1 – 5 years of experience.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely fashion.
• Knowledge of basic employment laws preferred.
• Ability to speak professionally on the phone for multiple hours per day.
• Obtain a working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System.
• Excellent communication skills.

It Would Be Nice If You Had

• Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
• Knowledge of basic US employment law preferred.

Reporting Relationships:
This position does not have any direct reports.
Pay Rate: $40-$42/hr.
