Who We're Looking For - Recruiting Coordinator
The Recruiting Coordinator position at Clearlink will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process by providing support to the recruiting team and ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant data, and collaborating with hiring managers and candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about recruiting and wants to contribute to the growth and success of Clearlink. This position is only open to all current Utah residents who are willing to work in our World Class Headquarter in Draper, UT.
The Impact You Will Make:
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements: Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment processes to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage candidate communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering inquiries, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain applicant data and records: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and sheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information at all times.
- Support recruitment events: Assist in organizing and coordinating job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives.
- Schedule and organize candidate interviews: Coordinate and manage interview logistics, including booking interview rooms, arranging video or in-person interviews, and sending interview invitations to candidates.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
What You Need:
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices and legal requirements preferred but not required
- This position is only open to all current Utah residents who are willing to work in our World Class Headquarter in Draper, UT.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
