LPL Financial the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer firm and a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator/Scheduler (Contract Role) to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. As a Recruiting Coordinator/Scheduler, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruiting interviewing efforts and ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
We want strong collaborators who can deliver a world-class client experience. We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are client focused, team oriented, and are able to execute in a way that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
  • 2+ years recent experience scheduling interviews/meetings using Microsoft Outlook, WebEx, Microsoft Teams and ability to navigate business systems (Workday preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically when faced with a roadblock
  • Ability to remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, recruiters, executives, candidates, etc
  • Experience scheduling for multiple different locations and regions.

Pay Range:
$23.73-$35.60/hour
The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
