React Developer - Remote | Wfh

Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly team as a talented and professional React Developer? Look no further! We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive individual to join our remote team and take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
As a React Developer at our company, you'll be responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality web applications using cutting-edge technologies such as React.js, Redux, and GraphQL. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team of developers and product owners, collaborating with designers to convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive user interfaces.
Key responsibilities of this role include writing clean, reusable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards, participating in code reviews, and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability. You'll work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs, perform unit and integration testing to ensure application functionality, and proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.
To be successful in this role, you should have 3+ years of professional experience as a React Developer or similar role, proficiency in JavaScript and a strong understanding of React.js and its core principles. You should also have experience with popular React.js workflows, such as Redux or MobX, familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern frontend build pipelines and tools, and strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive web design. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
Nice-to-have skills include an eye for design and an ability to develop mockups and final designs with tools such as Figma, InVision, and LucidChart, experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme, knowledge of performance optimization techniques and best practices, familiarity with server-side languages such as Python and Django, and experience with other modern JavaScript frameworks, such as Angular or Vue.js.
