About The Role
You will assist Zillow Group’s Professional Licensing team. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Reconcile expenses related to license applications, renewal and general license maintenance
  • Complete license verification checks with state agencies and escalate exceptions to management
  • Review licensee rosters and ensure upcoming renewal and education deadlines are adhered to
  • Review and advise licensees on ensure all requirements are met to apply for new licenses
  • Facilitate and complete documentation signings with internal licensees during onboarding and renewals
  • Complete administrative tasks such as ordering licensing documentation from state agencies
  • Multitask and work independently to deliver high quality service and results in a dynamic environment
  • Pull and coordinate weekly licensing reports for Compliance Teams, Management Teams and Brokerage Operations
  • Maintain, monitor and update data in an internal licensing management system
  • Research licensing topics with state agencies. Understand applicable laws and regulations and be able to articulate and maintain the requirements within internal systems
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $30.40 - $48.60 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
  • Proven analytical ability and initiative
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience in document management and electronic record keeping
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to optimally handle shifting priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience with exposure to confidential information and an understanding of the importance of maintaining such confidentiality including legal, financial, and personal information
  • Ability to understand the regulatory framework and industry practices applicable to title insurance, mortgage licensing or other state-licensed entities
  • At least 2+ years of experience handling title insurance, escrow, mortgage or equivalent licensing and/or compliance experience in a regulated industry
