Quality Control Specialist - Data Entry (Typist) - Remote | Wfh

You'll work closely with our Quality Control Lead/Manager to resolve any discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
Responsibilities
Enter data into database software with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Identify and accurately classify each request
Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Record any relevant notes on specific requests for further/proper handling throughout the request life cycle
Uphold company values by following our C.R.A.F.T.
Work quickly to meet the high-volume demand
Requirements
Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as [insert programs as needed]
Attention to detail
Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
Ability to work to time constraints
Typing speed of 40 wpm
High-speed internet quality
