Our growing Professional Services Team is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (3-5 years of current PM experience). In this role, the Project Manager will manage key client technology projects for Windstream Professional Services. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within agreed upon scope, timeline and budget. He or she will coordinate with delivery partners, Customer and other departments as needed to ensure smooth seamless delivery. Some key Project management responsibilities include:
- Forecasting and tracking revenue on all open efforts.
- Responsible for Billing, change order processing as needed.
- Oversee all aspects of projects from Project Kick-Off through to final closeout.
- Coordinating and monitoring projects to ensure deliverables are meeting deadline, with agreed up on budget and scope.
- Partner & customer coordination, scheduling, monitoring, risk identification & mitigation.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project when required.
May require a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in the Network/ISP/Circuit Delivery field or in a related technology field. Familiar with a variety of the Telco/ISP concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This position is very self-managed, and the proper candidate needs to be a solution focused individual who can plan around challenges as they arise. Responsibilities:
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps needed for projects.
- Lead & direct the work of others.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the consistent execution of quality projects.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Project.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / CAP-M certification is a plus.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- 3-5 years of current PM experience in the Telco/ISP business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Projects: SD-WAN, WIFI, Voice, Data/Circuit, Structured Cabling, Demarc Extension, Rack/Stack/Installation of Network Devices; etc.
- Familiarity with Tools: Metasolv Software, Atlassian Jira, OneNote.
