About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Project Manager to join our Services TechOps team. On the Services TechOps team, Software Engineers build tools and infrastructure that are used by the consulting team in performance of its incident response and threat hunting missions. This role will report to the Director of TechOps to facilitate multiple cross-functional team initiatives and will work closely with teams across our Professional Services business as well as IT, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance teams.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist the team to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Mature and develop methods to keep stakeholders and project team members informed of status and issues utilizing clear, consistent and timely communications
  • Assist the Leadership team in managing relationships and communication between the TechOps team, partners, and stakeholders
  • Support the Leadership team in managing the status of financial and procurement related task tracking and requirement gathering
  • Proactively support the scoping. management, and delivery of projects end-to-end to ensure that requirements for new tasks are well-defined and technically feasible, project timelines are tracked and updated, and deliverables are of high quality and meet the needs of the business.
  • Proactive risk identification and management
What You'll Need:
  • Excellent understanding and experience in Project Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario
  • 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements leading the project stakeholders and team
  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate roll up of project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner tailored appropriately for consumption for the appropriate audience (senior leadership, stakeholders, technical team members)
  • Familiarity with current standard workflow management tools (Jira, Confluence etc).
  • Strong planning, organization, and disciplined execution skills
  • Passion for creating a frictionless and supportive project management experience
  • Extensive experience developing project plans, leading calls, and tracking and resolving risks.
  • Demonstrable experience with Organizational Change Management and Adoption
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
Bonus Points:
  • PMI (or equivalent) certification
  • Prior experience in project/scrum management supporting software development, engineering, or network infrastructure teams
  • Scrum certification

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $95,000 - $140,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
