As a Services Operations Manager, you will be responsible for running daily operations of Services Delivery processes and tools, including Professional Services Automation (PSA).
This position requires that the individual be the liaison between the Service Department Leaders, Operations, Partners & Alliances, and Finance as it relates to resourcing and reconciliation across all work. The Services Operations Manager also works to facilitate appropriate staffing levels and capacity planning across the department based on aggregate understanding of our Sales funnel, backlog, project scope and requirements. The Services Operations Manager also ensures the efficient operations of the department's PSA systems to meet system operational needs.
In this role you will
- Serve as front line support for our users - answering functionality questions, connecting users to helpful resources, troubleshooting issues, etc.
- Recommend process improvements for Utilization Reporting & Capacity Planning
- Identifying, piloting, and rolling out process improvements for these solutions.
- Monitoring and reporting on the health of processes and tools.
- Research and address all time entry and project related discrepancies.
- Provide Services Delivery Analysis
- Support in evolution of existing solutions to help Dataiku meet its growing needs.
- Run end of month close and reporting processes for professional services organization
- Be Dataiku’s services delivery data expert. We are looking for someone who will live and breathe services data. Understand how our data is collected and use it as a tool to identify inefficiencies in our business processes.
- Conduct special projects for the Head of Delivery.
- Attend weekly resource calls and manage collaboration processes with other departments or practices.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Back to Resource Manager function
- Assist with Team resourcing when needed
- Build, maintain, and communicate resource forecasts.
- Analyze, and report on weekly utilization reports
- Identify potential resourcing or process issues and recommend resolutions to such issues where applicable.
You might be a good fit if you have:
- Prior experience collecting and analyzing data in a Professional Services Environment (Leveraging Excel, Sheets, Tableau,)
- Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to be diplomatic or firm when necessary in order to drive business forward or obtain results.
- Proficiency in the applications and processes related to professional services Management and or Resource Management
- 3-5 years operations management or project management experience in either a Software, Consulting, or Professional Services environment.
- Ability to be highly detail oriented and work autonomously.
- Prior experience with Salesforce, FinancialForce, Workday and Netsuite is a plus.
- Prior experience with task management tools (Asana, Airtable, Smartsheets,etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and organize workloads across multiple groups.
- Assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease.
The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.

US only national base pay ranges
$90,000—$100,000 USD
